John N. Grasso

1947-1993

John graduated from Bishop Gibbons High School in 1965 and from Fordham University in 1969. Upon graduation, John fulfilled his military obligation at Fort Benning, GA. He successfully completed paratroop jump school and Ranger school. He was honorably discharged in 1974 as a 1st Lieutenant. He then attended Albany Law School, graduating in 1977 and was admitted to the Bar in 1978.

He joined his father as a parter in the law firm Grasso, Rodriquez, Putoriti & Grasso, and enjoyed working all faces of plantiff's law, especially trial work.

He enjoyed bicycling, cooking and photography. His most joyful moments were spent with his sons Nicholas and Patrick.
